One-to-One Counselling

One-to-One Counselling refers to a process where the mental health counselor or psychologist guides, through dialogue and various techniques, the student to achieve personal goals, such as enhancing self-awareness and improving the quality of his/her life.

Sessions are offered free of charge to all students, and the session limit per student is set at five.

Sessions are held online and last one hour.

Seminars/Experiential Workshops

Through systematic seminars and experiential workshops, which take place online through the University's learning platform, the Office aims to inform and raise awareness among the student community about various issues related to mental health, as well as academic success.

Mindfulness groups

The Office organizes a series of experiential mindfulness workshops, exclusively for University students, which take place online through the University's e-learning platform.

Maximum number of people per group: Six (6). Priority order is followed.

Open seminars to all

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Open University of Cyprus offers a series of open, free of charge online counselling and psychological support seminars, both to its University community and to the wider society.
